Differences in Deviled Eggs

Asian Deviled Eggs: Mix 4 egg yolks with 3 Tbsp. mayo, 1/4 tsp. soy sauce, 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1/8 tsp. salt, pepper, and chili sauce. Top egg whites with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds.

Curried Deviled Eggs: Mix 4 egg yolks with 3 tablespoons mayo, 2 tablespoons hummus, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/8 tsp salt, pepper, and a dash cayenne. Top egg whites with toasted pine nuts, cayenne, and curry powder.

Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs: Mix 3 tablespoons mayo, 1 tablespoon tomato juice, 3/4 tablespoon horseradish, 1/4 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, and 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper with 4 egg yolks. Top egg whites with crumbled bacon.

Buffalo Deviled Eggs: Mix 4 egg yolks with 3 tablespoons mayo, 2 tablespoons blue cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped celery, 1 tsp Louisiana-style hot sauce, and 1/8 tsp salt and pepper. Add more celery, blue cheese, and spicy sauce to egg whites.

Chutney Deviled Eggs: Mix 4 egg yolks with 3 Tbsp. mayo, 2 Tbsp. mango chutney, 1 Tbsp. minced green onion, and 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper Top egg whites with chopped cashews and paprika.
