Registered dietitian and nutritionist Jill Weisenberger told Insider that one of her favorite Mediterranean-diet lunches is a simple chicken wrap.

Nelson suggested a whole-wheat pita with vegetables and garlic-rosemary chicken breast for a substantial meal.

Moore advised apples and nut butter for days when a substantial meal doesn't sound tempting.
