Pistachio Pudding Cake

Everyone who's tried this luscious, unique pistachio pudding cake can't believe it's made from a mix.

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, soda, and oil in a large bowl. Beat on low for 30 seconds. Beat medium for 2 minutes.

Mix in walnuts. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely after 10 minutes. Beat cream, milk, pudding mix, and confectioners' sugar on high in a large bowl until firm peaks form

Make sure heavy whipping cream is cool and the thickest cream isn't stuck to the carton for creamy icing

Cream requires fat to whip. A 13x9-inch baking dish can be used for this cake. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

A sprinkle of walnuts. Refrigerate until serving.
